TRAIN OPTIONS: Expedition Option: This is the cheapest, but still a very comfortable way of getting to Machu Picchu.

DAY 1: Arrival to Cusco.

DAY 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas
Full-day tour, we will travel toward the Sacred Valley of the Incas which was an important cradle of food in the time of the Incas.
DAY 3-4-5-6.- Inca trail to Machu Picchu
4-day trek the Inca trail with our best guide, everything is included in this tour.
NOTE: The passengers who are not able or nor interested in the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, we will spend 2 days in Cusco, and then you’ll travel by train to the town of “Aguas Calientes”, and the next morning, you’ll take the bus to Machu Picchu entrance and join the group for Machu Picchu tour. If you decide to do not make the trek, we’ll need to know prior to your departure in order to obtain train tickets.
DAY 7: Cusco to Puno
Today, you will have bus tour to Puno with stops at the interesting places.
DAYS 8-9: Tour to Lake Titicaca & Bus to Arequipa
Explore the Island in the Lake Titicaca with overnight at Takile Island.
DAYS 10-11: Colca Canyon Tour

FULL TOUR ITINERARY PERU ANDEAN TOUR
DAY 1: Arrival to Cusco
The Peru Andean Tour begins once you arrive to Cusco at any time; however, we must know your flight details; we will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel; here you will have briefing about Cusco and complete review of your tour itinerary. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy the city (optional city tour).
DAY 2.- Sacred Valley of the Incas
This tour begins at 08:30 a.m. We will pick you up from the hotel and travel toward the Sacred Valley of the Incas which was an important cradle of food in the time of the Incas, the Sacred Valley is lush of agricultural region that continues to supply the city of Cusco with much of its production especially corn and vegetables. We will visit the extraordinary Pisac Inca ruins and the colourful artisan market, where you can purchase some handicrafts directly from the producers.
The day trip finishes in the picturesque village of the town of Ollantaytambo, we will visit also the Ollantaytambo Inca ruins that is known as the best surviving example of Inca urban planning and engineering. It is admired for its huge steep terraces guarding the Inca Fortress and for being one of the few places where the Spanish lost a major battle during the conquest. We’ll spend the night in this small town before heading out for the start of the trek the next morning; here you also can purchase some items for the trek.
DAYS 3-4-5-6: Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
After breakfast, we’ll take our tourist bus for one hour to Pisqhak’ucho or Km 82 where we will start the 4-day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, it´s physically challenging but worthy, It’s a 45 kms of distance, with 2 high passes to be crossed, one of which reaches an elevation of 4,200 masl (Dead woman’s pass) and the other is at 4,000 masl (Runku pass); The trail is often steep, and it may rain even during the dry season. The temperatures change constantly: during the day is dry hot (18°C to 26°C) and at night may fall below zero, so it is important to come prepared.
We’ll the trek at km 82 the porters carry the majority of the gear for the trek in duffel bags that we provide, so those passengers doing the trek only carry a small daypack with water, rain gear, snacks, a camera, etc. We will pass several Inca ruin, the first of which is “Llactapata” (up city); then “Patawasi” (up house), “Runkuraqhay” (round balcony); “Sayacmarka” (inaccessible town); “Phuyupatamarka” (town over the cloud) and “Wiñayhuayna” (forever young).
The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu goes through beautiful scenery like: cloud forest, over the mountains, through high Andean Valleys, etc. On the final day of the trek, we’ll climb the steps to the Sun Gate overlooking the peaks that surround Machu Picchu.
Machu Picchu was discovered by Mr. Hiram Bingham at 1911 and he assures that he found the famous Vilcabamba.

Day 7: Cusco to Puno
At 07:30 a.m, we’ll pick you up from the hotel and start with a fantastic journey through the Peruvian south lands, crossing the high “Altiplano”. Today, you will visit interesting places and stop at the volcanic hot springs. We will arrive in the afternoon to Puno, which is a small city located at the banks of the highest navigable lake of the world – the Titicaca Lake.
DAYS 8 – 9: Tour to Lake Titicaca & Bus to Arequipa
At 07:30 a.m, we’ll pick tou up from the hotel and head to the LakeTiticaca port, board our comfortable and fully equipped, speed boat to explore the floating Island of Uros which is built with Totora that grows in the shallows of the lake.The Uros began their unusual floating existence, centuries ago in an effort to isolate themselves from the Qollas and Inca tribes. Sadly, the Uros language has died out, and today the islanders speak Aymara due to intermarriage with Aymara-speaking clans.
Then, we’ll visit Taquile Island with unique culture style of dress and lifestyle make for a memorable visit. The men of the community do all the knitting, as this is strictly a male domain, while the women do the spinning. High quality, locally knitted goods are available for purchase at various cooperatives on the island; we share their conditioned house one night and the next day, we’ll return to Puno and arrive there in the afternoon and in the evening we will take 6 hours bus to Arequipa and have accommodation in the hotel.
DAYS 10-11: Colca Canyon Tour
The tour to Colca Canyon stars at 08:30 a.m. We will travel through the high Andes to the small and picturesque village of Chivay where there is a magnificent natural hot spring. The next day, early in the morning, we continue the tour toward LA CRUZ DEL CONDOR, considered the best place to appreciate the world’s deepest canyon and view the majestic condors over flying the canyon and then we return to Arequipa.
The city of Arequipa maintains a traditional colonial style and more laid back pace in comparison with the capital – Lima. Arequipa is located at 2,350 masl above sea level and surrounded by the Andes Mountains several of them are volcanic like: Misti, Chachani, Pichu Pichu, Ampato, etc. Arequipa was built from a very light colored volcanic rock called sillar.
DAY 12: Departure from Arequipa
